Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Vauxhall Vectra 2.2 DTI 16v 125bhp from 125 bhp and 280 Nm to 150 bhp and 340 Nm – that's +25 bhp (20%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch PSG16 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 125 → 150 bhp equals roughly 93 → 112 kW.
Figures are guide values from our rolling road and comparable vehicles. Results depend on the vehicle's condition, hardware and fuel quality. Remapping in the UK: let your insurer know about the modification. DPF, EGR and AdBlue solutions are supplied for off-road and motorsport use only and are not legal for use on UK roads.
