Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Vauxhall Vectra 1.9 CDTi 8v 120bhp from 120 bhp and 280 Nm to 150 bhp and 340 Nm – that's +30 bhp (25%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC16C39 / Bosch EDC16C9 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 120 → 150 bhp equals roughly 89 → 112 kW.
