About these terms

ai-tuningfiles.co.uk is operated by Alpha LLC. Orders are processed through portal.ai-tuningfiles.com, which customers also reach via dyno-files.org, ai-tuningfiles.com and tuningfile-server.com. These terms (the "Terms") apply to your use of this website and of every service offered on it. By using the website you agree to these Terms.

Using the website

Alpha LLC gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which may be withdrawn, to use this website in line with these Terms. You must not use the website in any way that:

• breaks any applicable law or regulation
• infringes anyone's intellectual property
• is harmful, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, harassing, defamatory or obscene

Intellectual property

All content on this website – text, graphics, logos, images, their arrangement and any software – belongs to Alpha LLC or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit it.

Content you submit

Where the website lets you post or upload content, that content must meet our content standards.

No warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Alpha LLC gives no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha LLC and its suppliers are not liable for any loss or damage – including loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption – arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or its services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Alpha LLC against any claims arising from your use of the services, any content you submit or any breach of these Terms.

Changes

Alpha LLC may update these Terms at any time. The latest version replaces all earlier versions.

Tuning file usage agreement & liability

1. Scope. This agreement covers all tuning files, software modifications and services supplied by email, download, USB or via the portal.

2. Use at your own risk. All products, software and services are used entirely at the buyer's own risk. Alpha LLC accepts no liability for technical, financial or other consequences of their use.

3. Your responsibilities. The customer alone is responsible for:

• using the software and files correctly
• complying with all applicable laws, including UK road vehicle and MOT requirements
• consequences relating to emissions and vehicle type approval
• informing their insurer of modifications
• any legal consequences of non-compliant use

4. Legal compliance. The buyer is fully responsible for complying with all vehicle and road traffic laws. Emissions-related solutions may only be used where the law allows, for example off-road or in motorsport.

5. Exclusion of liability. Alpha LLC is not responsible for loss of registration or roadworthiness, technical faults, fines, misuse by third parties or for achieving any particular performance figures.

6. Refund policy

By buying, downloading or receiving any file, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these terms.

Our fees cover the work and expertise of our calibrators, not a guaranteed result. Work that has been completed must be paid for in full, and no full or partial refunds are given.

If a file cannot be completed, the credit is returned to the customer's portal account for future use only. Refunds to external payment methods are not possible.

For unsupported vehicles we cannot guarantee a solution. If a modification is not possible, the job is cancelled and the credit returned to the customer's account.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
