Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Opel Astra 2.0 Turbo 170bhp from 170 bhp and 250 Nm to 200 bhp and 300 Nm – that's +30 bhp (18%) and +50 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME7.6.2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 170 → 200 bhp equals roughly 127 → 149 kW.
