Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Opel Astra 1.6i 16v 105bhp from 105 bhp and 150 Nm to 115 bhp and 165 Nm – that's +10 bhp (10%) and +15 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Delco MT35E and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Vmax can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 105 → 115 bhp equals roughly 78 → 86 kW.
