Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Opel Astra 1.4i 90bhp from 90 bhp and 125 Nm to 100 bhp and 140 Nm – that's +10 bhp (11%) and +15 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME7.6.2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 90 → 100 bhp equals roughly 67 → 75 kW.
