Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Ford Kuga 1.5 EcoBoost 150bhp from 150 bhp and 240 Nm to 190 bhp and 300 Nm – that's +40 bhp (27%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MED17 / Siemens/Continental EMS24xx / Siemens/Continental EMS2511 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 150 → 190 bhp equals roughly 112 → 142 kW.
Figures are guide values from our rolling road and comparable vehicles. Results depend on the vehicle's condition, hardware and fuel quality. Remapping in the UK: let your insurer know about the modification. DPF, EGR and AdBlue solutions are supplied for off-road and motorsport use only and are not legal for use on UK roads.
