Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the BMW 1 serie 125i 218bhp from 218 bhp and 270 Nm to 250 bhp and 310 Nm – that's +32 bhp (15%) and +40 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MEV1746 / Siemens/Continental MSD80 / Siemens/Continental MSV80 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 218 → 250 bhp equals roughly 163 → 186 kW.
