Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo XC90 2.0 T5 254bhp from 254 bhp and 350 Nm to 285 bhp and 420 Nm – that's +31 bhp (12%) and +70 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Denso VEA and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 254 → 285 bhp equals roughly 189 → 213 kW.
