Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo V90 2.0 D4 190bhp from 190 bhp and 400 Nm to 230 bhp and 470 Nm – that's +40 bhp (21%) and +70 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Denso VEA and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 190 → 230 bhp equals roughly 142 → 172 kW.
