Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo V60 2.4 D5 205bhp from 205 bhp and 420 Nm to 225 bhp and 460 Nm – that's +20 bhp (10%) and +40 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17CP22 / Bosch EDC17CP48 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 205 → 225 bhp equals roughly 153 → 168 kW.
