Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo V60 2.0 D4 163bhp from 163 bhp and 400 Nm to 185 bhp and 450 Nm – that's +22 bhp (13%) and +50 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17CP48 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 163 → 185 bhp equals roughly 122 → 138 kW.
