Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo V40 2.0 T 165bhp from 165 bhp and 240 Nm to 195 bhp and 290 Nm – that's +30 bhp (18%) and +50 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Siemens/Continental SIRIUS 32 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 165 → 195 bhp equals roughly 123 → 145 kW.
