Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo V40 1.9D 102bhp from 102 bhp and 215 Nm to 127 bhp and 290 Nm – that's +25 bhp (25%) and +75 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC15C2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 102 → 127 bhp equals roughly 76 → 95 kW.
