Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo S60 T5 250bhp from 250 bhp and 330 Nm to 310 bhp and 430 Nm – that's +60 bhp (24%) and +100 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME7 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 250 → 310 bhp equals roughly 186 → 231 kW.
