Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo S60 2.0T 180bhp from 180 bhp and 240 Nm to 225 bhp and 300 Nm – that's +45 bhp (25%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME7 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 180 → 225 bhp equals roughly 134 → 168 kW.
