Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo Trucks FH 16 550bhp Euro3 from 550 bhp and 2500 Nm to 640 bhp and 2900 Nm – that's +90 bhp (16%) and +400 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the TRW EMS2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 550 → 640 bhp equals roughly 410 → 477 kW.
