Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo Trucks FH 13 520bhp Euro4 from 520 bhp and 2500 Nm to 600 bhp and 2875 Nm – that's +80 bhp (15%) and +375 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the TRW EMS2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 520 → 600 bhp equals roughly 388 → 447 kW.
