Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TSI R 270bhp from 270 bhp and 350 Nm to 310 bhp and 420 Nm – that's +40 bhp (15%) and +70 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MED9.1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Anti lag, DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 270 → 310 bhp equals roughly 201 → 231 kW.
