Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Vauxhall Insignia 1.4 Turbo 140bhp from 140 bhp and 200 Nm to 165 bhp and 265 Nm – that's +25 bhp (18%) and +65 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Delco E78 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 140 → 165 bhp equals roughly 104 → 123 kW.
