Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 Turbo 220bhp from 220 bhp and 350 Nm to 295 bhp and 450 Nm – that's +75 bhp (34%) and +100 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Delco E39 / Bosch MED9.6.1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 220 → 295 bhp equals roughly 164 → 220 kW.
