Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTi 120bhp tuning file

With a bespoke remap the Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTi 120bhp gains +30 bhp and +80 Nm, rising from 120 bhp / 280 Nm to 150 bhp / 360 Nm (25% more power). We build each tuning file around the software number of your read on the Bosch EDC16C9 / Bosch EDC16C39, so nothing generic goes back into the car. Add DPF / EGR solutions to the same file if needed.

Who is this remap for?

On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 120 → 150 bhp equals roughly 89 → 112 kW.
