Vauxhall Astra 1.3 CDTi 90bhp tuning file

With a bespoke remap the Vauxhall Astra 1.3 CDTi 90bhp gains +20 bhp and +50 Nm, rising from 90 bhp / 200 Nm to 110 bhp / 250 Nm (22% more power). We build each tuning file around the software number of your read on the Marelli 602 / Marelli 603, so nothing generic goes back into the car. Add DPF / EGR solutions to the same file if needed.

Who is this remap for?

On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 90 → 110 bhp equals roughly 67 → 82 kW.
