With a bespoke remap the Renault Megane RS 1.8 Turbo 280bhp gains +30 bhp and +50 Nm, rising from 280 bhp / 390 Nm to 310 bhp / 440 Nm (11% more power). We build each tuning file around the software number of your read on the Hitachi BED501, so nothing generic goes back into the car. Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 280 → 310 bhp equals roughly 209 → 231 kW.
