Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Renault Megane 1.6 dCi 165bhp from 165 bhp and 380 Nm to 180 bhp and 420 Nm – that's +15 bhp (9%) and +40 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17C84 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 165 → 180 bhp equals roughly 123 → 134 kW.
