Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Peugeot 508 1.5 BlueHDi 130bhp from 130 bhp and 300 Nm to 160 bhp and 360 Nm – that's +30 bhp (23%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MD1CS003 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF, START/STOP OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 130 → 160 bhp equals roughly 97 → 119 kW.
