Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Opel Vectra 2.2 DTI 16v 125bhp from 125 bhp and 280 Nm to 150 bhp and 340 Nm – that's +25 bhp (20%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch PSG16 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 125 → 150 bhp equals roughly 93 → 112 kW.
