Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the BMW 3 serie 328i 230bhp from 230 bhp and 300 Nm to 274 bhp and 325 Nm – that's +44 bhp (19%) and +25 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Siemens/Continental MSV80 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 230 → 274 bhp equals roughly 172 → 204 kW.
