Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo XC90 V8 315bhp from 315 bhp and 440 Nm to 345 bhp and 480 Nm – that's +30 bhp (10%) and +40 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Denso MB279700 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 315 → 345 bhp equals roughly 235 → 257 kW.
