Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo XC60 2.0 D4 Polestar 200bhp from 200 bhp and 440 Nm to 230 bhp and 470 Nm – that's +30 bhp (15%) and +30 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Denso VEA and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 200 → 230 bhp equals roughly 149 → 172 kW.
