Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo XC40 2.0 T4 190bhp from 190 bhp and 300 Nm to 230 bhp and 450 Nm – that's +40 bhp (21%) and +150 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MG1CS080 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 190 → 230 bhp equals roughly 142 → 172 kW.
