Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo V60 2.4 D6 290bhp from 290 bhp and 640 Nm to 315 bhp and 700 Nm – that's +25 bhp (9%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17CP48 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 290 → 315 bhp equals roughly 216 → 235 kW.
