Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo S80 2.4D 130bhp from 130 bhp and 280 Nm to 195 bhp and 420 Nm – that's +65 bhp (50%) and +140 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC15C2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 130 → 195 bhp equals roughly 97 → 145 kW.
