Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volvo S60 R 2.5T 300bhp from 300 bhp and 400 Nm to 335 bhp and 460 Nm – that's +35 bhp (12%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME7 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Pop & Bang Crackle map can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 300 → 335 bhp equals roughly 224 → 250 kW.
