Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Touran 1.9 TDI 100bhp from 100 bhp and 240 Nm to 140 bhp and 320 Nm – that's +40 bhp (40%) and +80 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC15P+ / Bosch EDC16U1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DTC Removal, EGR OFF, FLAPS can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 100 → 140 bhp equals roughly 75 → 104 kW.
