Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0 TDI CR 170bhp from 170 bhp and 350 Nm to 205 bhp and 430 Nm – that's +35 bhp (21%) and +80 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17CP14 / Bosch EDC17C46 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 170 → 205 bhp equals roughly 127 → 153 kW.
