Volkswagen Polo 1.6 TDI 105bhp tuning file

Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Polo 1.6 TDI 105bhp from 105 bhp and 250 Nm to 140 bhp and 320 Nm – that's +35 bhp (33%) and +70 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Siemens/Continental PCR 2.1 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.

Who is this remap for?

On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 105 → 140 bhp equals roughly 78 → 104 kW.
