Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 TDI 140bhp from 140 bhp and 320 Nm to 175 bhp and 395 Nm – that's +35 bhp (25%) and +75 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC16U / Bosch EDC16U34 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 140 → 175 bhp equals roughly 104 → 130 kW.
