Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TDI 150bhp from 150 bhp and 360 Nm to 195 bhp and 430 Nm – that's +45 bhp (30%) and +70 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MD1CS004 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 150 → 195 bhp equals roughly 112 → 145 kW.
