Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TSI GTI 230bhp from 230 bhp and 350 Nm to 300 bhp and 440 Nm – that's +70 bhp (30%) and +90 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Siemens/Continental Simos 18 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 230 → 300 bhp equals roughly 172 → 224 kW.
