Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TDI CR 150bhp from 150 bhp and 320 Nm to 190 bhp and 420 Nm – that's +40 bhp (27%) and +100 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17C64 / Bosch EDC17C74 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 150 → 190 bhp equals roughly 112 → 142 kW.
