Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Golf R32 250bhp from 250 bhp and 320 Nm to 270 bhp and 345 Nm – that's +20 bhp (8%) and +25 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME7.1.1 / Bosch ME7.5.5 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 250 → 270 bhp equals roughly 186 → 201 kW.
