Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Volkswagen Bora 1.9 TDI 100bhp from 100 bhp and 240 Nm to 140 bhp and 320 Nm – that's +40 bhp (40%) and +80 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC15P+ and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DTC Removal, EGR OFF, FLAPS can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 100 → 140 bhp equals roughly 75 → 104 kW.
