Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9 DTI 82bhp tuning file

Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9 DTI 82bhp from 82 bhp and 200 Nm to 110 bhp and 260 Nm – that's +28 bhp (34%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC15 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.

Who is this remap for?

Diesel vans and pick-ups are among the most popular remaps in the UK. The extra low-down torque makes towing and carrying a load noticeably easier, and drivers often see better economy because the engine works less hard. 82 → 110 bhp equals roughly 61 → 82 kW.
