Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Vauxhall Insignia 1.6 Turbo 200bhp from 200 bhp and 300 Nm to 220 bhp and 340 Nm – that's +20 bhp (10%) and +40 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 200 → 220 bhp equals roughly 149 → 164 kW.
