Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Vauxhall Cascada 2.0 CDTi 165bhp from 165 bhp and 350 Nm to 205 bhp and 430 Nm – that's +40 bhp (24%) and +80 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch EDC17C59 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DPF / EGR solutions can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 165 → 205 bhp equals roughly 123 → 153 kW.
