Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Suzuki Vitara 1.4 Boosterjet 140bhp from 140 bhp and 220 Nm to 165 bhp and 280 Nm – that's +25 bhp (18%) and +60 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch MED17.9.63 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 140 → 165 bhp equals roughly 104 → 123 kW.
