Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Skoda Octavia 1.8i 20v 125bhp from 125 bhp and 170 Nm to 137 bhp and 185 Nm – that's +12 bhp (10%) and +15 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch M3.8.3 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Who is this remap for?
Naturally aspirated petrol engines gain less than turbo engines, but a remap still improves throttle response and smooths out flat spots in the power delivery. 125 → 137 bhp equals roughly 93 → 102 kW.
