Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Seat Leon 1.6 TDI 115bhp from 115 bhp and 250 Nm to 150 bhp and 330 Nm – that's +35 bhp (30%) and +80 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Delphi DCM6.2 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as Adblue, DPF OFF, DTC Removal, EGR OFF can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a diesel, the bigger gain is usually in torque. Expect stronger pulling from low revs, easier overtaking and a more relaxed drive on the motorway. 115 → 150 bhp equals roughly 86 → 112 kW.
