Our Stage 1 tuning file takes the Saab 45174 1.6 Turbo 180bhp from 180 bhp and 230 Nm to 210 bhp and 300 Nm – that's +30 bhp (17%) and +70 Nm more. The remap file is written by a calibrator for your exact software on the Bosch ME7.6.4 and returned through the portal, normally within 5–15 minutes. Solutions such as DECAT, DTC Removal, FLAPS, Launch control can go into the same file.
Who is this remap for?
On a turbo petrol, a remap sharpens throttle response and pulls harder through the mid-range. For the best result we recommend running it on super unleaded (97–99 RON). 180 → 210 bhp equals roughly 134 → 157 kW.
